By accessing or using the BizTool platform and its tools (e.g., invoice generators, calculators, HR document builders), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

BizTool provides a suite of online web utilities. All documents generated are intended as templates and tools to assist you. BizTool does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy and legal compliance of any generated document (like GST Invoices, Affidavits, Contracts) before use.

3. Premium Subscriptions

Premium plans grant ad-free access, unlimited storage, and premium templates. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the billing cycle. Payments are strictly non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

4. Limitation of Liability

We provide the tools "as is" without warranties. BizTool shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss due to the 72-hour auto-deletion policy for free users.
